Author Biographies

  • Jekatyerina Dunajeva, Pázmány Péter Catholic University; Corvinus University of Budapest

    Dr Jekatyerina Dunajeva is an expert in inclusive education, minority integration, environmental justice, and the politics of religion. She holds a PhD in Political Science from the University of Oregon. Currently, she is an Assistant Professor at Pázmány Péter Catholic University and Corvinus University of Budapest. Her research focuses on social and political issues facing marginalised communities, with an emphasis on post-socialist societies, and her work aims to promote social justice and equality, particularly through education and policy reform.

  • Marek Szilvasi

    Marek Szilvasi is a climate impact, health equity, and environmental justice advocate, researcher,
    and lecturer. He is a Director of Programmes of the SLYCAN Trust, an international climate think tank. He previously worked as a manager with the Climate Justice and Public Health Programs of the Open Society Foundations and the European Roma Rights Centre (ERRC). He is one of the founding board members of Critical Romani Studies. Marek holds a PhD in sociology from the University of Aberdeen.
