Author Biography

  • Blair Alexander Biggar, University of Glasgow

    Blair Biggar is a PhD candidate and graduate teaching assistant at the University of Glasgow. He has been a member of Glasgow’s Central and Eastern European Studies Department’s Migration and Mobility research stream since 2016. Currently he is conducting ethnographic fieldwork in relation to his PhD project “Exploring ‘Lived Citizenship’: A Case Study of Roma in Scotland,” focusing on everyday experiences of belonging, obligations, participation, and rights.
